A well-equipped kitchen has everything you need - plus a view over the daffodil field!
The pretty bedroom has a king size bed, and antique wardrobe and chest of drawers, while the shower room has a heated towel rail, shower enclosure, toilet and basin.
The cottage has smart TV and WiFi for connection to the outside world if you need it, but this little cottage allows you to switch off and smell the rosemary! The terrace area with its garden furniture is open to the fields, and you are welcome to explore the farm tracks, saying hi to the ponies in the paddock next door.
Our private farm roads run up to the sea bank, with the wild marshes of the Wash beyond, a landscape like no other. From here you can join the King Charles lll England Coast Path and walk for miles...

About the host
Hosted by Philippa Symington
I'm fairly new to the area - only been here 37 years! I'm a garden designer, holiday home host, farmer's wife and mother of 4 grown-up children, and I also hire out old campervans for self-drive holidays. I love welcoming guests from all round the country and abroad, and helping them plan where they'd like to go, what they'd like to see in the area.
Why they chose this property
My husband is the 4th generation to farm this land - and our son is the 5th! So we're wedded to the land, some of the most productive in the country for growing wheat, potatoes, sugar beet, peas and oilseeds. Reclaimed from the sea two centuries ago, its flat, very flat, but that means a huge sky and amazing sunsets! Yet we are so close to the stunning North Norfolk coast and beautiful unspoilt countryside - pretty villages, glorious beaches, historic houses and traditional seaside towns.
What makes this property unique
This little cottage has housed farm workers and their families since the 19th century, and still does today during harvest time!
