We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Angel, Islington, this apartment offers a lively blend of culture and cuisine. Explore nearby Upper Street, home to an eclectic mix of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The area is known for its artistic vibe and close-knit community, making it a charming place to unwind and discover London's local charm.

Conveniently situated near Angel Underground Station, just a 10-minute walk away, offering easy access to the Northern Line. Buses from nearby stops provide additional routes across London, making it simple to explore the city. The location ensures seamless connectivity to major attractions and business hubs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
