This holiday home (Gîte) with swimming pool (8x4m) is south facing and is located in Carcassonne-Montlegun, 6.5 kilometers south of the medieval town

Outside there are two terraces, a built-in barbecue area and a beautiful 8 x 4 meter swimming pool on 1000 square meters of enclosed garden. The land is surrounded by walls and fences, so it is safe for children.

We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi and digital satellite TV in French, German, Spanish and English. Adult bathrobes and slippers are provided free of charge.

We decided to start our own business Baris-France in Carcassonne, France, in July 2015. We run our Bed and Breakfast / B&B operation from our own home in Auriac. In addition to our guest rooms, we operate 2 fully furnished vacation homes next to our own house and in Montlegun, both with private salt water pool.
We love to meet and take care of our customers from all over the world. We are multilingual: we speak Dutch, English, French and German and a little Spanish !! We personally ensure that our guests have a memorable stay in a luxurious, relaxed and friendly setting near Carcassonne and Château La Cité.
At all properties, we provide a wealth of information about the city and area to provide our guests with things to do and see, with secret tips and our own favorite restaurants.
Iris and BJ both studied at Hotelschool in The Hague, The Netherlands. BJ worked in Europe for Marriott Hotels International for 30 years in different European cities as General Manager.
