Camélia's Apartment I – Modern in Funchal

Camélia's Apartment I is a stylish 1-bedroom apartment in Funchal, ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers, accommodating up to 3 guests. The apartment combines comfort, functionality, and modern design, offering a practical and welcoming stay in one of Madeira’s most central areas.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom, well-defined living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area, and a modern bathroom with shower. The balcony overlooks a quiet rear street, providing a bright and peaceful environment. Private parking with 1 space is included.

Located in a practical and quiet urban setting, the apartment is close to essential services, shops, restaurants, and public transport. Its central location allows easy exploration of Funchal and the island, while maintaining a calm and secure environment.

Getting around: Transfer service can be arranged (cheaper than airport taxis). Car rentals are easily navigable, and a bus stop is 2 minutes away.

Guests have access to all areas of the property. The team is always available to help, and an app is provided with important information for your stay.

Other observations:
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.
- A municipal tourist tax of €2 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person), will be charged. Payment link provided before arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
