Retirement Planning

This was the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed at this property and we love it. The location couldn't be any better in terms of convenience, parking and its quiet even though it is right in the middle of town. The apartments are well set up, plenty of of room and very well equipped and clean.

Overall, it was very convenient and clean. But no clocks provided in the bedrooms, nor was any emergency telephone number provided (didn't need one, but what if we had needed to contact the owner for an emergency???)

Very cute and convenient!

Loved the location! Very easy to get to everything downtown Clayton has to offer. We did notice a scent in the hall/stairway area that made me wonder if a cat box was nearby, and unfortunately when using the towels after showering my partner and I both noticed a whiff of cigarettes. But overall a positive experience. The kitchen was beautiful and we enjoyed our time spent here.

A beautiful accommodation. Clean, large rooms, lots of amenities. Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. This was our 3rd stay here and we do hope to be back one day.

The place was clean and well kept. It was in a great location, close to Main Street shopping. We had a few issues that needed to be addressed by the host, and he responded quickly and was attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Needs Update

The location of this rental is phenomenal for anyone visiting the northeast GA area. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping in downtown Clayton. Also, a short drive to many great outdoor activities and sights to see. The rental is spacious and has a good layout. Where the quality of the stay lacked was the old and worn out furniture and beds. The couch is well beyond its lifespan and has hardly any cushion/support left. The “mattress” for the pullout bed is basically nonexistent and the whole piece needs to be thrown out. The beds are very uncomfortable and also very worn out. They need to be retired as well. If you have back problems be very wary of sleeping here. With a few easy updates from the owner, this place could be amazing. I would not be able to stay here again in its current condition but with new beds, I’ll be back for sure.
