Nestled in the heart of north Scottsdale, you are minutes from the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, West World, Spring Training, Mayo Clinic, and the Scottsdale Sports Complex just to name a few. Golfing, shopping, dining, and entertainment at its finest.

The grounds are beautifully kept, and have a large heated community pool and spa, covered cabanas, and a BBQ area for your enjoyment.

The unit is on the second floor, has soaring 14’ ceilings, an open floor plan with ample windows and natural light, and a large patio. Ceiling fans throughout, WIFI, full-size washer/dryer, walk-in closets, large master bedroom with ensuite and double sinks, 2 car garage with epoxy finish and private entry, and pack-n-play for those traveling with children.

WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with tons of cabinet and counter space, bar seating for 3, and dining table seating for 6 for a total of 9. And a Welcome Basket with snacks, coffee, and wine to help relax after a day of travel.

LIVING ROOM is bright and open, with a fireplace, ceiling fan, plenty of seating, and a 50” smart TV with Netflix, HBO, and Hulu for LIVE TV.

MASTER SUITE with king bed, smart TV withNetflix, HBO, and Hulu for LIVE TV. Ensuite bathroom with his and hers custom walk in closets, private water closet, and large shower.

GUEST BATHROOM has a full tub/shower and is next to the second and third bedrooms.

Overall a great stay at this vrbo. We enjoy a bit of a luxury upgrade when we vacation, which was missing a little. The condo was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Only downside is that the place needs a bit of a refresh (i.e. carpet was worn with many stains). We'd definitely stay here again if interior was refreshed a bit.

Perfect place to stay during the WM Phoenix Open 2025

The condo was perfect for our 5 day stay. Stocked with all the necessary amenities plus more. The coffee, tea, hot cocoa, snacks, water and wine were all very much appreciated. Perfect Location

The condo was situated at the perfect location for spring training and golfing. We used the hot tub and pool everyday plus our deck faced the East. Perfect warm sunshine in the morning and perfect shade for evening. Clean and extremely comfortable from the towels, bedding and complete kitchen. Great to have a washer and dryer available to us. Definitely will rent again!!!!
