Our beautifully spacious, three bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the exclusive La Cala Hills Fase 1 complex, a gated community which enjoys 24hr security with beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Its amenities include padel tennis courts/ football pitch, three fabulous swimming pools and two children’s splash pools. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor position which commands a hilltop location enjoying beautiful panoramic countryside and mountain views including far reaching views of Mijas Pueblo.
In the summer of 2025, our apartment was totally redecorated and furnished to a very high standard. The lounge and all three bedrooms have a brand new air-conditioning system which was also installed in August 2025.
The apartment offers a spacious lounge/dining area which contains a large marble table with seating for 8, an extremely large comfortable sofa and a 65” Smart TV. It enjoys three sets of patio doors which lead out onto the large terrace.
The master bedroom has a separate area which includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a large walk-in wardrobe space. The king-size bed benefits from a wall-mounted Smart TV and air-con, this room also opens up onto the large terrace area.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds which can both be configured into two super-king beds, each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. These two bedrooms each have air-con and share the second family bathroom which includes a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with all of the modern appliances you would expect to find such as a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, electric juicer and toaster, plus ample glasses and crockery to make it feel home from home.
The terrace has a large table with seating for eight guests along with a smaller bistro set comprising two chairs and a table. The terrace enjoys a south-westerly position allowing for plenty of sunshine through to sunset.
Within a short walking distance, there are three restaurants, including an Italian, a steak restaurant and an Indian restaurant. There are also three bars (2 of which also serve food) a supermarket and a very popular racquet/padel centre which also serves food and drinks.
We are only a short drive from 3 golf courses at La Cala Golf, 2 courses in Mijas Golf and 1 in Santana Golf, Calanova Golf and El Chaparral.
The popular towns of La Cala and Fuengirola are just a 10 minute drive away.
