Villa Montalcini is a private villa with swimming pool, ideal for a relaxing and private holiday in the heart of Salento. Located in a quiet residential area, less than 1 km from the historic center of Otranto, the villa offers comfort, privacy and a strategic location.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it an ideal solution for families or groups of friends. It is the perfect starting point for discovering the beaches and natural beauty of Salento.

Interiors

Villa Montalcini is arranged over two levels, with a layout designed to separate the living area from the sleeping area.

On the ground floor, a bright veranda furnished with table, chairs and a lounge area leads to the living room, equipped with a comfortable corner sofa and TV. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and is complemented by a bathroom with shower.

The lower level hosts the sleeping area with air-conditioned rooms. There is a double bedroom with a small outdoor space, a twin bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with shower. From the twin bedroom there is direct access to the garden and to the dependance, which features a pull-out double bed and a private bathroom and can also be accessed directly from the outside.

All rooms are tastefully furnished with relaxing tones, creating a welcoming and restful atmosphere.

The villa is equipped with all main comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, TV, mosquito nets, heating, ironing board and iron, as well as an outdoor shower, ensuring a pleasant and worry-free stay throughout the year. The property also offers two private parking spaces. Pets are not allowed.

Outdoor Areas

The villa features a private swimming pool with soft, elegant lines, surrounded by a sun terrace ideal for sunbathing or relaxing. The well-kept garden, enriched with Mediterranean vegetation, includes a gazebo perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, allowing guests to enjoy meals in the shade between a swim and a refreshing rest. The entrance is secured by an automatic gate, and the property offers two internal parking spaces for safe and convenient parking.

Surroundings

Villa Montalcini is located in a peaceful area, just a short walk from the historic center of Otranto, famous for the Aragonese Castle, the Cathedral of the Martyrs, the Church of San Pietro and Porta Alfonsina. Nearby attractions also include the bauxite quarry, Baia delle Orte and the Punta Palascia lighthouse. Guests can easily explore Porto Badisco, the legendary landing place of Aeneas, or head north along the coast to discover the beautiful beaches and the natural area of the Alimini Lakes.

The price includes water utilities, gas for kitchen use, bed linen and towels (first supply) and Wi-Fi connection.

Not Included: Final cleaning €250, electricity €15 per day, tourist tax (if applicable).
