Villa Laura Elba Island

Villa Laura on Elba Island is a brand-new alone standing house with a large private, fenced garden and panoramic sea view.

The villa is located on a hilltop, surrounded by the mediterranean nature, just a short distance from the famous village of Marciana Marina with its lively seafront. The beaches of Spartaia and Procchio are just a few minutes' drive away.



The villa is accessed via an automatic gate with remote control, and the private parking can accommodate up to four cars.



The villa offers a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and two bathrooms with shower.



The villa's highlight is its large terrace overlooking the sea. On one side, there is a lounge area with sofas and armchairs, and on the other, a table with chairs, a barbecue, and an outdoor sink for outdoor dining and enjoying the great climate and view over the sea.



The villa is furnished with great care and features furniture from leading Italian design houses (Zanotta, Molteni, lamps by Le Corbusier, Munari, etc.), but is also very family-friendly. Upon request and at no extra charge, a camping cot, a high chair, a mini table with three chairs, glasses and cutlery for children are available.



The villa features air conditioning, WiFi, a washing machine with dryer, a Smart TV, an outdoor shower, and private parking. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an induction cooking hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine.



All utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, and unlimited WiFi) are included. Bed linens and towels are also included.



A €300.00 final cleaning fee and a €500 security deposit are payable locally on arrival.
