The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and is the ideal solution for couples or small families who want to live an authentic experience in the heart of one of the most fascinating villages in Lombardy.
The apartment is developed through well-kept and well-distributed environments that guarantee privacy and relaxation. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, ensuring restful nights in a cozy and quiet atmosphere. The living room represents the beating heart of the house, a bright space where you can relax while enjoying a wonderful lake view, after a day of exploring, enriched by the presence of a television for moments of leisure and entertainment. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, allowing you to prepare home-cooked meals with maximum comfort.
The bathroom is located immediately outside the apartment, a few steps from the door, and is absolutely private, since it is located on the top floor of the building, so no one can access it but the guests. This aspect guarantees additional privacy and convenience for guests.
