Continuing towards Madonna delle Grazie, spectacular natural pools and the small Maretto beach open up, an enchanting spot characterized by low shorelines, sand and pebbles, and crystal-clear water.
There are two villas, each with a shared gated entrance. There, you can park two cars in the open-air parking area for Villa Diana and one for Villa Mario (if both are rented, there is the possibility of parking four cars in total).

We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes upon checkout, and separate waste and dispose of it properly.

Villa Diana - Sleeps 6/8
Villa Diana is a spacious sea-view villa located within a private property with gated access. Free on four sides and spread over a single floor, it offers approximately 85 square meters of privacy, independence, and generous space, ideal for large families or groups of friends.
Upon entering the house, a corridor leads to the main rooms. The living area consists of a large, bright living room and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and washing machine. There is one bathroom.

The sleeping area offers spacious, bright rooms, all with windows and French windows. The villa features a double bedroom with a sea view, a quadruple bedroom with a sea view and a double bed and two bunk beds, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, and an additional double bedroom. All rooms have mosquito nets on the shutters and portable fans to ensure comfort even on the hottest days.

The outdoor spaces are one of the property's highlights. The villa features a large terrace with a hedge for greater privacy and an outdoor shower for private use. There is a large covered terrace with three arches, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners, as well as a smaller terrace with an arch and sea view, furnished with a table and chairs. The property also includes a stone-paved outdoor area with a private barbecue.

Important Notes:
- Groups of youths under 25 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 fee.
- Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a €30 fee.
- Deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double set (also for single use); €20 for a single set.
- The BBQ, even if used exclusively, must be left clean after each use.

Check-in information is sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on our opening hours.
