Stairs lead up to the first floor to a cosy children’s bunk room and a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, beautifully furnished and styled, complementing the coastal, countryside surroundings.

The main feature of Boundary Cottage is the bathroom and a space in which the owners wanted to provide a room of luxury and an area for all the family to enjoy bath-time! Positioned in front of the large sash window with views across the fields and the chance of watching our dairy cows enjoying the lush green grass is a cast-iron roll-top bath. There is a large day bed where you can sit back and watch the children enjoy bath time. The back door opens out onto a gravelled area with garden table and chairs, charcoal barbeque and stylish garden seating with views across the lawned area and over the hedge line to the fields beyond. The back garden offers plenty of space for children to run around and enjoy. A paved path leads round to the front of the cottage with a small, manicured flower bed. There is a gate to enclose the outside space. There is a shared wild flower meadow (summer), orchard and play area for you all to enjoy, situated between The Lodge and Shepherd’s Cottage.
