One of two charming, comfortable cottages which can rent separately or together. This Unit, Unit C, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (sleeps 4). One bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. There are two parking spaces for this unit. (The adjacent Unit B, which is listing 640170, 3 beds--sleeps 6-7 can also be rented to create a 5 bedroom unit. It is listing 640170 ). Both units have open floor plans, with kitchen, living/dining room. They both are sunny and bright with high cathedral ceilings, skylights, and decks with ocean views. The units are charmingly decorated with summer colors and unique details. These cottages are part of a 3 unit building. The front unit, facing Kings Highway, is owner occupied. The 2 rental cottages are on the Edgewood Avenue side of the building. The location of these units is outstanding. You are directly across the street from the beach! Perfect getaway!

I've stayed at this property several times and it's always just wonderful. Very clean and very near both the beach and The Tides (good restaurant, if you're unfamiliar), it's a fantastic house and the owners are always friendly and easy to deal with. I'll be back, I hope!

Fantastic place

We had such a great stay. The apartment was absolutely adorable, comfortable and we could not ask.for a better location. I could hear the waves crashing on the beach from the bedroom window and the ocean view from the balcony was divine. A short walk across the street and our toes were in the powder soft sand. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and gave us great tips on food & dining. A lovely couple. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be planning a return trip.

Our family loved this little spot, amazing neighborhood, incredible beach, and gracious hosts. Goose Rocks Beach is close enough to downtown Kennebunkport for easy trips for a meal out, and far enough away where it’s more laid back and and a quieter experience. Loved our long days at the beach (short walk from the house)!

Goose Rocks Beach Rental

A perfect location for our 1 week stay, steps to a beautiful beach, short walk to the general store and wonderful roads for cycling. Many choices for dinners or lunch out but the apartment kitchen was also perfect for preparing meals. Perhaps the only drawback was bringing our own linens. However, we did take advantage of the washer and dryer during our stay--a very nice addition.

Great spot for littles

We had an amazing time at GRB. The unit is steps away from the beach, it was so easy with two tiny humans to pop back home for lunch and naps. We would roll out of bed and take a walk on the beach before breakfast and often ended the day that way too. The unit is clean and well appointed, although beware the kitchen table is rather unstable! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a great amenity for wet towels and suits. Pro-tip: if traveling with kids, bring a safety gate for the top of the stairs, as the unit is up one flight. Would definitely rent again.
