The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests and offers bright, welcoming spaces designed for relaxing stays with family or friends. The atmosphere is warm and informal, with a spacious living area where guests can gather after a day spent exploring the coast or enjoying the sea. The living room includes a double sofa bed, a second two-seat sofa facing the smart TV, and a dining table where meals and conversations can easily continue into the evening.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms. Two are comfortable double bedrooms designed with practicality in mind, each equipped with air conditioning, a desk and chair for those who may need to work or study during their stay, and space to store personal belongings. Both bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the sea view from the very first moments of the day. The third bedroom includes a single bed and is ideal for an additional guest or younger travelers.
The kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys a pleasant sea view that makes even simple moments like preparing meals feel part of the holiday experience. It features an induction cooktop, oven, dining table, and all the essential cookware needed to prepare meals independently.
The home includes two bathrooms. One is a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine, while the second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The true highlight of Vervece House is the beautiful panoramic terrace. This outdoor space offers open views of the sea and the surrounding hills and is furnished with tables and chairs, creating the perfect setting for breakfast in the morning sun, a quiet afternoon with a view, or a relaxing evening after a day exploring the peninsula.
The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a smart TV, making it comfortable both for relaxing evenings and for guests who may need to work remotely or stream their favorite content. Each guest is provided with a set of three towels (face towel, shower towel, and bidet towel), bed linen is included, and upon arrival guests will find a courtesy kit with soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
Check-in takes place in person with a member of our staff who will welcome guests and provide helpful information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The arrival time must be arranged in advance. Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Late check-in can be requested and is payable in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM or €50 from 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
One of the most valuable advantages of the property is the private parking space available on site free of charge. In an area where many homes do not offer dedicated parking, having a reserved space provides a great deal of convenience, especially for guests who wish to explore the peninsula freely.
Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID in order to complete the mandatory registration with the Italian authorities, as required by law. A tourist tax is also applicable in the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The tax is €3 per person per night from April to October, with exemptions for minors.
The San Montano area is one of the most charming and scenic parts of Massa Lubrense. Here the landscape is dominated by the sea, quiet roads, and natural beauty. Just a short distance away lies the beach of San Montano, a small bay known for its clear water and relaxed atmosphere. The surrounding countryside offers panoramic walking paths that wind through olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation, offering breathtaking views across the Gulf of Naples.
Massa Lubrense itself is an area rich in tradition and natural beauty, dotted with small villages, local restaurants, and viewpoints that open toward Capri and the Amalfi Coast. In just a few minutes by car you can reach Sorrento, lively and elegant, with its historic center, artisan shops, Piazza Tasso, and stunning terraces overlooking the sea. From the port of Sorrento it is also easy to take ferries to Capri and the other islands of the Gulf.
The location allows guests to enjoy the area in a relaxed and authentic way. The beach of San Montano is about a 15-minute walk from the house and can also be reached by the local bus that stops near the property. The same bus connections make it easy to reach the center of Massa Lubrense and Sorrento. Having a car is recommended for those who wish to explore the peninsula with greater flexibility, although it is not strictly necessary thanks to the available transport connections.
