Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment with secure underground parking in the heart of Downtown Vancouver!
This suite comes fully stocked with all essentials that you will need for your stay in Vancouver as well as cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, home phone, in suite laundry, dishwasher, portable AC unit and a full gym.

I have four furnished apartment suites in this building, if you would like to rent more then one room please inquire about availability.

Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Junior Bedroom is a den that has been converted to a bedroom and has a Single Bed.

This Home Away From Home is Well Stocked with Towels and Linens, a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Counter Tops.
Price Includes Cable Television, Local Telephone, Wireless High-Speed Internet, In-Suite Laundry, Dishwasher and Parking. For Your Enjoyment You Will Also Have Access to the Common Room and Gym Facilities!

The apartment is located very close to Robson Street which is ideal for shopping or finding great restaurants, the Vancouver Arts Gallery is a block away and always has really interested exhibits. This unit faces the Law Courts so you don’t need to worry about privacy as no one can see into your unit. There is also a grocery store and YMCA gym right across the street which has a great swimming pool and sauna. And for coffee lovers like myself there is a Starbucks located right off the lobby.

Downtown Vancouver is a very walkable city, and every mode of transport is available to you - skytrain, bus, sea bus, cars to go, or city bicycles are all easily accessible.

I live just around the corner and am always available if needed.
