Gorgeous home located right on Main Street in Historic Old Town Cottonwood, set on a quiet, lush half-acre garden property just 20 minutes from Sedona and 5 miles from Jerome.

Inside you’ll find beautifully restored original hardwood floors, two bedrooms (one king and one queen), a cozy gas fireplace, a large dining area, and an eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. The sparkling clean bathroom offers unlimited hot water, and the huge chef’s kitchen features a 5-burner gas cooktop and high-end finishes throughout. Stay connected with strong, fast 5G WiFi available across the entire home and property.

You’re just a short walk to Old Town Cottonwood, where you can enjoy amazing restaurants, shops, and wine-tasting rooms. Sedona’s red rocks are only 20 minutes away, and Jerome is just 5 miles from the house.

Step outside into your own half-acre garden oasis, perfect from your first cup of coffee to a glass of local wine in the evening. Enjoy cornhole, ping pong, a gas fire pit, and a stainless-steel gas grill, along with plenty of outdoor dining and lounging areas, shaded pergola seating, and grapevines creating a peaceful, charming setting.

Great accommodations as great location to Old Town.

The property was spotless! If I were to improve anything it would be the condition of concrete to sidewalk.

Amazing property

The house provides such a great experience! The home(s) are spacious and so well done; it's adorable! It's super walkable to all that Cottonwood has to offer. The property managers are also super approachable and make sure the experience was smooth and very easy to contact. Check in & check out was incredibly pain free as well. We'll stay again for sure!

We loved our stay at the super cute Prickly Pear Guest House! It's a perfect place for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for making meals. Kristen & Glen are exceptional hosts and even provide coffee, tea and snacks! The dining and living room are super comfortable with cable TV! There's a set of adjustable hiking poles and a cooler to take on hikes to Sedona or the many trails nearby. The backyard has comfortable seating with a firepit for those cool evenings and a covered area to enjoy on sunny days. We've been to many VRBOs and I have to say that this is the best place we've stayed at so far! Thank you, Kristen & Glen!

Our new home away from home!

My husband and I found this jewel through my brother (who we came to visit) who knows Kristen’s sister. What a stroke of good fortune! The home is welcoming, beautiful and in the perfect location to stroll down Main Street, towards numerous shops and restaurants. Everything was incredibly clean. The beds were super comfortable, and there were enough sitting areas to be by yourself or join the party! The kitchen was a chef’s paradise. Every dish, utensil, cooking pan and appliance needed was available. We would highly recommend this home. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, as well as warm and friendly. We will plan on staying here again!

The house was within walking distance of downtown Cottonwood. Adorable accommodations and we were provided with everything we could possibly need. We did the kayaking down the Verde River with the wine tasting afterwards at Alcantara. Great weekend.

Great visit

This was our first visit to Cottonwood and we could not have picked a better place to stay! We spent 8 nights in this beautiful house that was centrally located and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Can't say enough

This home is amazingly beautiful and comfortable. The location is convenient to activities in Cottonwood and Sedona is only a short drive away. The home has everything you would need plus more, including a welcome basket, toiletries, and condiments...which I'm not used to seeing in many VRBOs anymore. We met both of the owners during the stay and they are lovely people who really take pride in this property. We will stay again whenever we are back in the area.

Fabulous apartment in great location

My longtime friend (45 years) and I met in Sedona for a vacation. We stayed at the Prickly Pear Guest House and it was perfect. We were delighted with how clean, roomy and light the apartment was. It was decorated in such a manner that it just made us feel happy to be there. We had everything we needed and then some with a few surprises left by our hostesses. We met Glen and Kristen who were a delightful couple who were eager to make our experience as good as it could be. The location of this rental was ideal. We loved the little town of Cottonwood which was in walking distance. A very short drive took us to Jerome with lots of artists and plenty of history. We made the 20-minute drive into Sedona several days. I cannot recommend the helicopter ride highly enough. Unbelievable! Our hummer ride was great too. Then on to the Grand Canyon for an amazing sight! It was always nice, though, to come back at the end of the day to our bright and cozy little "home away from home." Thanks Glen and Kristen!

This home was perfect for our stay. It was extremely clean, stylish, and well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the proximity to town - with access to great restaurants, shops, and wine tasting. Only a short 15 minute drive to Sedona and endless hiking!

Wonderful, clean, and everything we could need.

The house was super convenient to Old Town Cottonwood. We were able to easily walk everywhere. The house was tastefully decorated with the latest appliances. My wife spent the first day taking pictures of all the decor. We hope to be lucky enough to stay there again. The hosts are attentive and made sure we didn't want for anything.

Perfect Location!!! What an amazing home! The location was simply perfect! It is situated right on Main street and we were able to walk downtown to enjoy the local restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Bocce, Merkin, AZ Stronghold and Crema were awesome. The home itself is very charming and cozy (nice fireplace too!) completely remodeled and really well done. The entire home was incredibly clean, and Kristen & Glen truly thought of everything! Everything you need for your stay is provided, even snacks and beverages (water, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate)! Super comfortable bed and a really nice, modern & clean bathroom. We also enjoyed spending time outdoors in the backyard, which is huge and very private! We were able to enjoy the cool evening sitting by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy some local AZ wine. I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back again!
