Fiera Stay 1 is a newly renovated studio apartment, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details to offer comfort, functionality, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a sleeping area with a double bed, as well as a living area with a small double sofa bed.
Please note: the sofa bed is prepared for stays of 3 guests or more. Upon request, it can also be set up for 2 guests for an additional €10 fee to cover linen.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, along with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bidet, and washing machine.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a drying rack are also provided.

Furnished in a contemporary style, the apartment offers both comfort and efficiency, with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning, a full set of bed linen and towels, complimentary toiletries, and many other amenities to make you feel truly at home.
