You will love this wonderful retreat with amazing mountain top views from the great room and the Spa too! Located in upper Moonridge, a popular central location in Big Bear Lake, close to Bear Mountain, Golf, and the Zoo. This retreat is newly decorated in wonderful Mountain Decor with a modern touch that’s sure to enchant you. Both the living room area and the den provide flat-screen tvs and DVDs for your entertainment. When you enter the front door you’ll be pleased with the large entry mudroom for all your snow gear in the winter months and summer toys during the summer. There’s also a full laundry room for your convenience. As you enter into the living space you’ll be delighted to discover a spacious open great room area. The main living room has a beautiful stone fireplace and opens to the front deck. Walkout on the deck and be mesmerized by the awesome mountain top views stretching out for miles. You’ll really enjoy the wonderful relaxing spa on the front deck with awesome views and a picnic table for outdoor dining. Inside you’ll discover the den at the other end of the great room. This space has a large comfortable couch for lounging and a big screen TV. In the center space is the dining area with a dining table that seats 6 with 2 more chairs at the counter off the kitchen that opens to the dining area great room. This beautiful mountain top retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths that are all located on the main floor. The large master bedroom features a vaulted wood ceiling, divine skylight windows, a king bed, and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a bunk bed with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has a wonderful custom made bunk bed with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. Both bathrooms are large, the master and the guest bathrooms both have a tub/shower combination. Beautifully furnished throughout, you’re sure to love this awesome mountain cabin retreat! "FREE WiFi"
Helpful Hints*

• Sleeps 8 in beds - 1 King, 1 Queens, 3 Doubles, all linens are provided for the beds.
• Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking great meals, coffee maker, dishes, and cookware. Please leave everything where you found it, for the next guests when you check out.
• Kitchen dish soap and dish towels are provided for you. Please clean and put away all dishes and cookware before you check out.
• Bathroom towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience.
• You will need heavy-duty trash bags for your garbage which you will need to deposit at the drive-thru city disposal site by check-out time. Any garbage bags left at the property will be charged a $25 fee per bag. (This is a city & county requirement). Directions are at the home when you check-in.
• During winter months it is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle or snow tires with snow chains in your vehicle at all times. Driving in the mountains during winter can be dangerous, often times when it snows they are required by law.
• During cold weather you'll probably want to bring firewood for the wood-burning fireplace, to enjoy the wonderful mountain atmosphere! You can bring firewood from home or purchase it at the many store locations throughout Big Bear.
• "Things Good To Know" about the home are printed and place on the refrigerator door.

No loud parties after 10 pm Check-In requires confirmation of photo I.D. and signature of rental agreement. We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.

Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
