🌅 Private Terrace: Enjoy a pleasant 10 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, sunset dinners and relaxing moments with sea views.



🛏 Bedrooms and Bathroom: The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms with two double beds of 1.50 m and 1 bathroom with a shower completely renovated in 2026. Ideal capacity for up to 4 people, with the necessary space for everyone to feel at home.



🍳 Equipped American Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay.



❄️ Air Conditioning throughout the accommodation: Essential for enjoying maximum comfort during the hottest days.



📶 Connectivity and Entertainment: WiFi available and satellite TV so you're always connected and can enjoy your favourite programmes.



Access via stairs, not advisable for people with reduced mobility.
