The study has a fully equipped kitchen, and a room isolated from the living room with an environment separator to allow more privacy. The living room has a sofa, a dining bar, TV, and a pleasant terrace with an outdoor dining area.
There is high-speed wifi.
It is located 5 minutes walking from the beach, it also has several supermarkets nearby (Mercadona and Carrefour), and is close to restaurants and bars.
The pool will be open all year round.
The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
In this Accommodation, smoking is strictly PROHIBITED. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of 100€ will be applied.
A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
