The property is equipped with air source heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, bed linen, towels, and parking for up to 2 cars. Outside, you'll find a rear garden/decking with furniture and a hot tub, please note the hot tub is not in use until October 1st 2025. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The nearest shop is 2.9 miles away, and the pub is 3.3 miles away. Note: Guests also have access to a mill pond and 180 acres of private land. Make unforgettable memories at The Old Workshop.

The coastlines of Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire are also within a short drive offering spectacular sandy beaches, superb coastal walks and the opportunity to venture out on boat trips to spot some dolphins in their natural habitat. From ancient castles to modern theme parks, Lampeter is a great base to enjoy a holiday all year round.
