Tan Llan consists of a spacious, three-storey country house, and an adjacent renovated coaching house. There are six bedrooms in the Main House, three with en-suites, plus two en-suite bedrooms set in the eaves of the neighbouring Coach House, meaning a group of up to sixteen people can enjoy a holiday here. The main house also has a family bathroom, two ground-floor cloakrooms, a superb kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining area, a utility room, a sitting room with open fire, a garden room and a reading area. The Coach House also offers a kitchen, a utility room, a sitting room with dining area and woodburner and a cosy snug. Outside, there are near 15 acres of wonderful grounds surrounding this superb retreat, with two patio areas, plenty of off road parking, plus well-kept lawns studded with tall, established trees. The Neighborhood:
Set at the starting point of the sweeping Mawddach Estuary and caught between Snowdonia’s sea and mountain scenery, the small, peaceful village of Llanelltyd rests amongst climbing green hills, offering a perfectly peaceful holiday location for touring this vibrant area.
