Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 2 x family room with 1 double and 1 single, plus 1 x double room. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with wood burner. Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Bike storage available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front gravelled area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Swanage Railway line is approx. 200 yards away. Note: There is an agricultural workshop at the rear. Note: There are some external steps to access the property, but level access is also available. There are no internal steps on the ground floor.
The Neighborhood:
The small, family-friendly seaside resort of Swanage is situated at the eastern end of Dorset’s famous Jurassic Coast, on the celebrated Isle of Purbeck and is probably best known for its wonderful, gently shelving golden sands. The little town itself offers visitors a wealth of interesting shops and plenty of good pubs and restaurants, some of which specialise in locally-caught fish, and is also well known for its annual jazz festival, which takes place each July.

Ideal location for seeing the beautiful countryside of Dorest
The location allowed for a relaxing time. Plenty of space for the whole party. Ample parking .footpaths around the home to walk from.When the Steam railway is working a great view of the trains going pass.Swanage and many other attractions very close by so an ideal base.
