About this property

Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Complimentary WIFI. Master bedroom "New" 2023 king size bed; cable TV; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Living room has cable TV; queen size sleeper sofa; blackout drapes. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances. coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Separate freestanding ice machine; Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breakers East never disappoints! It was chilly this year, but the staff cranked up the heat in the pool and we swam all week! Our unit was lovely. Perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for dinners at home. We love to cook fresh seafood from Destin Ice!

The Breakers 403

We had a very good stay. This place is clean and the views were beautiful! My only complaint would be that there was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors and some issues with the elevators. Also it would be nice if they would keep a few things like salt and pepper and coffee filters. But we would stay here again!
