As you step into Quayside, you’ll find sleek laminate flooring and an intercom system, ensuring security and convenience throughout your stay.

The bathroom is a haven of comfort, with floor-to-ceiling stone tiles, a heated towel rail, a bathtub with an overhead waterfall shower, WC, basin, and an illuminated anti-fog mirror. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Bedroom
The bedroom is bright and inviting, with luxurious carpeting and a large floor-to-ceiling window letting in plenty of natural light. The super king bed can be split into twin beds upon request, and the room is furnished with a mirrored wardrobe, bedside table, and an accent chair.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
