The outdoor area was built for enjoying the Sicilian landscape. With a private swimming pool (11x5m; 1.4m – 2m deep; open from 13.06 to 03.10) with views across the countryside, outdoor lounging furnishings and al-fresco dining areas.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The owner lives on the property and has independent access to the ground level, which is used daily only to feed the local cats and dog (very shy). In no way the presence of the owner will affect guests’ privacy, as this part of the house used by the owner is separated from the guest areas. The apartment on the ground floor will be not used by anyone and is closed off.
- The cats will be around if guests feed them, otherwise they walk around and leave when someone is near. The dog is very shy and usually avoids people.
- The 120-hectare property is cultivated by 2 to 3 people almost daily in order to guarantee the harvest at the time of ripening. On such a large estate this should not have any particular impact on the guests.
- Available to guests there are some fruit trees available on the estate
