Travel cot and highchair available on request.. Large terraced garden with 2 patios and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Large step into the house. There are 13 steps to the back door but an alternative featured pathway in the grounds to avoid this.. This beautiful, semi-detached property has been fully renovated to a very good standard throughout. Angle Tarn Cottage sits in an elevated position in the popular town of Ambleside. The property is upside down to enhance the stunning views from the open plan living/dining room/kitchen looking towards Coniston and Wetherlam. On the ground floor is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a utility area.

On the first floor is a fantastic open-plan living space comprising a cosy living area around the wood burner and an ultra-modern fitted kitchen/dining area. On this floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both served by a modern four-piece bathroom with underfloor heating. Outside the property has a thoughtfully landscaped garden which has been adapted to provide multiple terraced levels. In addition, although the garden does not have a front gate, there are two patio areas, a lockable shed and parking for two cars. Although there is a step to the entrance, guests can also use the back door leading you into the kitchen area and the open-plan living space if preferred.

From the rear of the property, there is a gate access leading to beautiful walks through the woods and into the falls. Walk into Ambleside and take the pathway next to the garden via Blue Hill Road will avoid the steep hill. The popular towns of Windermere and Grasmere are only a few miles away making this an ideal property for guests who want to enjoy the outdoors but also like to have easy access to town where you will find a superb selection of restaurants and bars. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
