Upon stepping inside this welcoming cottage guests will find comfort in the double-aspect sitting room with feature log-burning stove, three comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Stepping outside and a large, mature garden with ample space for playing, relaxing and al fresco dining and with unspoilt countryside views beyond awaits.
The heart of this home-from-home is undoubtedly the bright and sunny kitchen diner with its imposing traditional AGA creating a true cottage kitchen atmosphere. With inviting views across the cottage garden and open countryside beyond this really is the perfect place in which to enjoy a morning coffee or a hearty evening meal.

The main entrance is situated along the side of Waingarth Cottage and the front door leads into a spacious hallway - perfect for storing coats, boots and bags. Several doors lead off from this central hallway the first of which takes you into a bright and airy sitting room. Double aspect windows include pretty views over the cottage garden an ensure the room is flooded with natural light. A feature log-burner creates a cosy centre-piece to the room and makes for the perfect place in which to relax after a day spent exploring the local area.
Back into the hallway a second door leads to the spacious kitchen and dining room.
