Secluded Pine Acres sits on 3 peaceful acres covered with abundant trees, only minutes to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. This 3000 square foot home has an open floor concept with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The highlight of the house is the 3 season sun room with passive solar. The open kitchen space has 2 dining areas. A breakfast nook that seats 4 and a dining table that seat 8. Enjoy 2 out door dining areas, hot tub that seats 6 while cooking up burgers on the gas grill. A great place to bring the whole family with plenty of space, indoor and outdoor games and toys and provided.

**New for 2023** sun room has new blinds to help keep the home cool in the summer. Kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and a new electric fireplace beside the dinning room table.

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could want has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

The main living area offers a daybed with trundle The master bedroom has a private loft perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or just a place to get away. The sun room is a great place to relax, with the doors open the cross breeze is keeps the room comfortable.

This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

Wood burning fires/ fire pits are not allowed on the property, there is a propane fire table outside and a electric fireplace in the main living area.

This home does NOT have air conditioning.

No Smoking, No pets, No events, No more then 8 people on the property at any time, only 4 cars on property at any time. The person/ name on the account who is booking the home must be staying in the home.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

The property was so nice for a getaway to Estes Park in the winter time. I loved how it felt like we were in a secluded cabin in the woods since the neighbors were not close and there was so much property out back. The kids loved playing in the snow in the backyard and going for a dip in the hot tub. We were visited by some deer our first morning and they hung around almost all day. Not far from Rocky Mountain National Park, where we spent a few days sledding and hiking in the snow. The house itself was very well maintained, had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Loved the board games to keep the kids entertained. It was a nice bonus to have a garage to keep the rental car so it wouldn't be cold and icy in the mornings. A wonderful experience overall!

Awesome Property!

We come to Estes every year and this is the first time staying at this property. We LOVED it! It is so close to town, yet so secluded at the same time. We had a little trouble getting in as three elk were standing right in front of the door - haha! It was amazing! There was so much space, so many seating options indoors and outdoors. We loved all of the things to do- books, movies, games, outdoor games. We will definitely be back!

The most beautiful cabin ever! Being able to see elk, deer, turkey, chipmunks and birds was amazing! Highly recommended!!!

Amazing location

Me and my family got to enjoy this beautiful cabin tucked away in Estes. The cabin was so beautiful. We stayed in September and we were not phased by the no A/C. It was perfect. Will probably book again next year!
