Clif was very helpful in getting the place prepared for us. Quick responses and great hospitality. Place was nice and clean, could use some updating but worked for us. There was not an iron to be found but Clif quickly fixed that issue. Great place to stay!

Perfect for our trip! Our host was responsive to all our needs in a prompt fashion. Everthing was so close and each morning a herd of elk was right outside the deck!!!

Wonderful stay!! Beautiful views from deck and lower patio. All the comforts of home and very clean! Perfect for the grandparents upstairs and daughter and family down. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and located conveniently to downtown. We saw lots of wildlife from the balcony. There were also great views of the Rockies from the home. Kitchen had everything you needed. There were also toys and games for the kids.

The house is very nice. It was clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. The only minor issue we had was at the bed sheets downstairs had a big red stain on them. They looked clean, but it was awkward to sleep on, so we changed them out.

Beautiful home. Had all the essentials and then some. There were 7 of us and we all felt we had plenty of room. My 12 and 16 year old especially loved their bunk bed room. Close proximity to Estes Lake. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Place is lovely and in a good location. We were treated to visits by multiple elk. Property is comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. Kitchen has all the necessary items needed to cook a meal. The only issue we had was the downstairs king bed is super hard and not very comfortable for some older guests. The patio the hot tub is downstairs. Guests using the hot tub and the outdoor patio need to go through the downstairs room where the king bed is located, which is a little awkward. Although we didn’t use the hot tub, this is a very nice feature. There are 2 outdoor spaces (upper and lower). Overall, the property is very nice and spacious.

Very clean, had soap/shampoo, etc and dishwasher and dish soap .. Refrig was VERY CLEAN… we didn’t use fireplace… but used the hot tub, it was great!

Very clean and cozy home. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. The king beds were super comfortable and a welcome warmth at the end of long hiking days. The house was well stocked with everything needed from cooking to cleaning products. Great location to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Would highly recommend and would stay again!
