The fully equipped American-style kitchen invites you to enjoy simple and happy moments around the table. With a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential utensils, you'll have everything you need to cook, share meals, and feel truly at home.



The apartment has two modern bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—offering practicality and comfort for the whole family. Every detail has been designed to provide a peaceful and safe stay, including a first-aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and available cleaning products.



Outside, the balcony and terrace become the perfect setting for sunny breakfasts, a relaxing late afternoon, or simply to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Free public parking adds even more convenience to your stay.



The living area and kitchen are air-conditioned, creating a pleasant environment all year round and making every moment even more comfortable.

Important Information:



- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smokers. In case of non-compliance, a minimum fee of €200 may be applied.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80.



- A welcome kit with essential products for the first day of your stay is provided.



- For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer extra towels free of charge.



- For stays of 10 nights or more, we offer interim cleaning, replacement of bedding, towels, and replenishment of amenities free of charge.



- Additional services such as extra cleaning, extra bedding, or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost.



- Checkout must be done by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without prior authorization may incur additional costs.



- All guests must complete the mandatory registration form required by Portuguese law.
