Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob/oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine.

Central heating (double glazing), Wi-Fi, CD/ DAB radio, Freeview TV and Amazon Fire TV.

Queen size bed in bedroom. All towels and bedding supplied.

Free on-street parking. All bills included.

Gorgeous and comfortable flat in a great location!

Sue's flat was super comfortable for our 10 day stay in Edinburgh! The flat is beautifully decorated and was very nicely equipped with everything we needed during our stay. She even had Nespresso pods for us and lots of spices for cooking. The neighborhood is fantastic. Several nice pubs and cafes are nearby and Lidl is just around the corner. It's very quiet at night and the city center is only 4 stops away of the bus. We had an amazing stay. Thanks Sue!

Semester Abroad

I spent 4 months at this property while doing a semester abroad. It was a great home away from home, and had more than all the amenities needed. Sue was a great host, was flexible and quick to respond to any communication. The location was within walking distance to the City Centre and was in a safe neighbourhood. If I am ever back in Edinburgh, I will definitely be returning to this property!! Thank you Sue!

Just right!

Cozy flat on top floor of a well kept apartment block. Easy walk to shops, transit and major attractions. Thoughtful amenities for use include umbrellas, various kitchen utensils, medical and sewing kits, spices and cable tv which include streaming services. All we needed and more than we expected!
