We genuinely enjoy welcoming guests and want every stay to be as comfortable and memorable as possible. Having renovated and cared for the Coach House ourselves, we take great pride in maintaining it to a high standard while preserving its original character and charm.
As local hosts who have lived in Norfolk for many years, we're always happy to share recommendations for our favourite places to visit, whether that's a hidden beach, a country pub, a scenic walk or somewhere special to eat.
We respect our guests' privacy, so you'll have the space to enjoy your holiday at your own pace. However, if you need anything during your stay or have questions before you arrive, we're only ever a phone call or message away.

Having lived in Norfolk for over 23 years, we know just how special this part of the county is. We chose this location because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful countryside living while being within easy reach of everything Norfolk has to offer.
We love being on the edge of the historic market town of Wymondham, where you'll find independent shops, cafés, restaurants and the magnificent Wymondham Abbey, yet we're only around 20 minutes from the vibrant city of Norwich. Excellent road and rail links make it easy to explore the county, whether you're heading to the Norfolk Broads, the beautiful coastline, National Trust properties or one of the many picturesque villages.
What we enjoy most is the feeling of space. Surrounded by mature trees, open countryside and Norfolk's famous big skies, it's somewhere you can truly relax and slow down, while still having everything you need just a few minutes away.

The Coach House is much more than a place to stay—it's a character-filled home designed for spending quality time together. Carefully converted from the original coach house, we've retained many of the beautiful exposed beams while blending them with modern comforts to create a warm and welcoming retreat.
What truly sets the property apart is the amount of space, both inside and out. The generous living areas are perfect for families, friends and multigenerational groups, while the large covered outdoor entertaining space creates an extension of the house, allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining and relaxed evenings whatever the weather.
The layout is another unique feature. Two spacious super king bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom, with one upstairs and one on the ground floor, offering privacy for couples travelling together. The additional ground-floor double bedroom sits next to its own WC and wash basin, making the property equally well suited to families.
Set within beautiful mature grounds, the Coach House overlooks centuries-old trees and enjoys a peaceful countryside setting, yet you're only minutes from the shops, cafés and restaurants of Wymondham. Norwich is just 20 minutes away, and the Norfolk Broads, National Trust properties and the county's beautiful coastline are all within easy reach.
