This flat is located in the Victoria Building, on Calle Victoria, in the traditional La Victoria neighbourhood, within Málaga’s Centro district, at the foot of Mount Gibralfaro. It is a historic and central location, just a 15-minute walk from the historic centre and Calle Larios, with a wide range of cultural, culinary and shopping options in the surrounding area.

The flat, situated on the fifth floor on the outer side of the building, features an open-plan layout combining a living room and open-plan kitchen, accompanied by a dining area with a round table for four people. The living room opens onto a large window that provides plenty of natural light and unobstructed views. Upon entering, a small hallway organises the layout of the property: to the right is a full bathroom with a shower, opposite is the open-plan kitchen, and to the left is the living room next to a separate bedroom with a queen size bed (1,50 x 1,90 m), fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the outside.

Located in one of the city’s most charming areas, it combines residential tranquillity with proximity to the historic centre. Its surroundings allow you to enjoy iconic sites such as Gibralfaro Castle or the Alcazaba, as well as a wide range of restaurants, shops and services. It also boasts good transport links and easy access to the city’s main roads.
