About this property

Bénodet Charming 3-star Longère Terrace Pergola Quiet Large Garden

House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of young friends for parties or other events.

We will be happy to welcome you in this charming longère with the neat decoration. It is located in an old farmhouse dating from 1884, located 5 minutes from the beaches (by car) between Bénodet and Fouesnant and near the golf Odet. You will stay in a very pleasant and rustic area quiet and not overlooked on a wooded and private 800 m2 south.
You will have a well equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, and linens are also provided), a living room, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, one with television and private bathroom, three rooms one of which is equipped with a bath and an Italian shower, and a separate toilet.
You will also enjoy a terrace of 25 m2 under a pergola lit at night with teak garden furniture, outdoor sofa, barbecue and sunbathing. Trampoline, swings, mini football, petanque and table tennis table complete the garden activities (garden games are shared with another farmhouse and are located in a shared space of 4,000 m2).

Our farmhouse is located near famous tourist places such as Breaks Casino Benodet, golf Odet, the Pointe du Raz, the Pointe de la Torche, lighthouses of advanced Penmach the walled town of Concarneau The village of Pont Aven, the village of Locronan, the city of Quimper ...

Wir haben mit unseren Töchtern und unserem Hund schöne zweieinhalb Wochen in dem Haus gewohnt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Familien mit Kindern und Hund ist das Haus perfekt, vor allem auch wegn des sehr großen Gartens und der vielen Spiel- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Très agréable longère très bien équipée. Idéale pour les familles avec les espaces et jeux extérieurs pour enfants. Description absolument conforme à la prestation, propriétaire très sympathique et apporteur de bons plans de la région. Jolie longère bien équipée avec un grand terrain où nos chiens ont pu se défouler + à proximité des plages (5mn), des golfs et de tous les commerces + très nombreuses ballades et visites possibles + un propriétaire extrêmement sympathique + 3 semaines de beau temps = TRÈS BONNES VACANCES Nous vous recommandons cette location !

Super séjour. !!!

Super moment de vacances avec un beau temps extraordinaire... la maison est bien équipée et décorée avec goût. 3 salles de bains font le bonheur des familles nombreuses ! Cependant... L'annonce situe la maison à Benodet, mais vous n'y êtes que par le code postal (6-7 kilomètres tout de même...) vous serez plus prés de Fouesnant, et devrez utiliser votre véhicule constamment si comme nous vous allez dans la région pour Bénodet. Demandez bien un code WIFI correct au propriétaire, très sympa au demeurant. Pour notre part nous avons un code sur une box avec un signal inexistant... et avec les enfants... Une des chambres est traversante. L'inconvénient des longères.. Vous passez par une chambre pour accéder à une autre Ceci mis à part, allez chez Mr et Mme Boutelant et passez un super moment !!!

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans cette sympathique longère très bien équipée, avec un très grand jardin. La description de l'annonce correspond pleinement à la propriété qui est propre et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire nous a fourni de bons conseils concernant les visites à faire dans la région, les meilleures plages et les crêperies à fréquenter. A recommander pour des vacances au calme, en famille ou entre amis, pour alterner le farniente sur la plage et les excursions proches (Quimper, Concarneau, Pont Aven, l'archipel des Glénan, la pointe du Raz, la baie d'Audierne).
