Full and private access to the house and garden.
We have local property managers, Rachel and Spencer from Key Retreats Ltd, looking after our home. They are available to ensure you have a wonderful time in Canterbury and the house is well cared for.
No on-site parking is available; however, several paid public car parks are located nearby. -1 small/medium sized dog is allowed. Please bring your own blankets to use on the sofa/soft furnishes. Please ensure any dog mess is cleared from the garden immediately and disposed of properly.
- Please, please respect our neighbours in this quiet residential street. We ask that you do not make excessive noise in or around the house, especially after 11pm. No parties or loud music are allowed.
- We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and the objects inside the house, and to leave everything as was found.
- Do not use candles or smoke in the house. This breaches our Fire Regulation Agreement.
