You`ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a 120cm bed and fast internet. Located on the fourth floor, the studio is surrounded by cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and public parking—all within walking distance.

This studio provides all the conveniences for a hassle-free stay in a vibrant area.
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM: As this is a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing our neighbours.

No outside visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

Thank you very much for the stay. I loved the apartment: it was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent at all times.The location is also very good, with easy access to public transportation and great connections to other parts of the city. It is also a very quiet and pleasant area.I was very happy with my experience and would definitely stay with Stay Plus again. Thank you!
