Whether on land or sea, we offer the best of both worlds with our home that was fully renovated in 2025! Come visit our little piece of heaven in the low country located at 25 Baynard Cove in Sea Pines. Our 7BR/6.5BA spacious home sits on Baynard Creek and has its own private salt-water dock that leads to the ocean. Whether you want to fish off the dock (known for redfish, black drum and flounder), sea-kayak, swim (in the 15 x 30 ft pool with sundeck!), practice your putting skills on the outdoor putting green, bike, or relax on the screened porch, we have it all. Bikes and kayaks are included and we sit 100 yards from the nearest bike trail and a 7 minute walk to the beach. All home furnishings are brand new and home includes 3 full king master bedrooms all with complete bathrooms, 4 guest rooms (3 queen, and one with double bunks including twin over twin and twin over full). One queen bedroom doubles as a large playroom complete with large TV, fooseball table, PAC-MAN and Golden Tee video games. We truly HAVE IT ALL, brand new granite counter tops in the kitchen, a basketball goal in the driveway, ping pong in the garage, and a putting green in the backyard. Our extended family enjoyed a great vacation at this property! We were there during an extreme heat wave and enjoyed the pool for hours every day! The house was well-stocked to meet our needs - we made dinner most nights and enjoyed having room for all of us to sit and eat together! The space was more than we needed and everyone had room to spread out. All the chairs and bikes made packing easy. Lots of refrigerator space and beautiful furnishings made it a fantastic vacation rental!!

I’ve been traveling to Sea Pines for over 25 years, renting numerous homes. By far, this home is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. If you are looking for a new & updated, super clean property with every amenity you can think of, then this home is for you.

Bob and Deborah are absolutely great hosts and communicators. We had the best time at Bob's house. Amazing location close to beach and Harbour Town. Large house and beautifully updated. Amazing backyard with pool and putting green. I highly recommended staying here.

This house was truly perfect for our family of 12. Very clean and plenty of amenities. The location was great for biking and walking to the beach was a breeze. The kayaking at high tide was an added bonus. The kitchen is huge and well stocked and the porch was a great place to watch March Madness. We have been coming to HH for ages and Sea Pines is our favorite area.

This home far exceeded our expectations. So much is provided to guests: endless bikes, kayaks, golf clubs, pool toys, beach chairs. They have tried hard to make it simple: just arrive, unpack and enjoy all the area has to offer. Proximity to the beach was ideal, pool was a great size and the views...they will be missed. The home was gorgeous inside and out and the separate suite above the garage offered perfect privacy. Two dishwashers, two refrigerators and two drink coolers - not lacking for kitchen space or supplies. We would return again and again with a large group. My favorite feature - the dock on the tidal creek. It was a perfect way to start the day and was ideal for my Dad, an avid fisherman. Thank you for providing the space to enjoy an incredible week with family.

What a house! This is our 6th family vacation to HH and the first in Bob's house. We bring a big crew--9 adults, 4 kids--and this house was perfect. Our best rental yet. The pictures looked too good to be true, but they weren't. The house was well appointed, spotless, and large enough that the 13 of us felt together the whole time without ever feeling cramped. When we opened the guest garage, we were astonished to see 20 bicycles in good shape (one with a child trailer), just as many TB beach chairs, a wagon, shovels, balls--everything you need for your stay. The pool was great, kayaks with life vests and paddles, a putting green with putters and balls--you name it, it was provided.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The property was recently renovated and was beautiful. There is lots of space which was great for large family meals and also giving people a chance to spread out when people wanted to do different activities.The host and property manager were outstanding. They communicated great and were very accommodating. We hope to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The home is in outstanding condition and has everything you need for a fun, relaxing family vacation. Between the dock, kayaks, putting green, pool, arcade games, and the included bikes (which we loved), the kids were constantly entertained.It’s also perfectly set up for large groups. The kitchen is top-of-the-line, as is the grill, and with two dishwashers, cooking and cleanup are effortless. A beverage and wine refrigerator, along with two full-size refrigerators, provide plenty of space for everything you need to keep cold. There are also ample plates, silverware, and serving pieces, making both meals and cleanup easy.There is plenty of seating for meals both inside and outside, which made gathering as a group comfortable and convenient. The entire house was spotless, and the high-quality bedding and towels really elevated the experience. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again for next year!

Family Vacation

This was our 3rd time visiting Hilton Head and by far this property was the BEST!!! The location was perfect and steps away from the beach. The kayaking was great and we got to see a couple alligators while on the property. The supply of bikes and beach chairs was endless. The house had more than enough room and we never felt crowded. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to visit.

Sea Pines Hilton Head

Bob's Sea Pines rental was a great base for my extended family. You cannot beat the location and it was one of the best stocked kitchens of any rental I have stayed at. We really enjoyed the bikes, fishing from the dock, the arcade room, and kayaking right from your own private dock. I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect family vacation!

We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for 25 years and this is by far the best house we’ve ever rented! The amenities that were included were a huge bonus including the bikes, beach chairs, games, and fishing! The fishing was unbelievable and fed us at least 2 meals with spare to take home. The owner and property manager were responsive, helpful, and empathetic to our personal needs and we appreciated that so much! We hope to stay in the house again soon!

My wife and I have had a home in Sea Pines since 2007.We live in Atlanta and make it down to the island as often as possible.

Why they chose this property

While our children enjoy the beach, they equally enjoy the fishing and kayaking offered from the back yard of the house. When at the house our kids spend most of their time fishing or kayaking from the dock in the backyard. The large pool is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or biking through Sea Pines

What makes this property unique

The house is a short bike ride away from both South Beach Marina and Harbour Town. The bike trails nearby make it easy to get lost in Sea Pines either by yourself or with friends and family.
