Fully equipped kitchen corner with fridge (+freezer), microwave, hob, cooking utensils/dishes, etc. Shower/WC. Bed linen and towels provided (new, comfortable bedding) – extra blankets available. Coffee, tea, wine or cider, pasta, tomato sauce, salt/oil/pepper, toilet paper and more provided. Shutters in kitchen and room. Cheese/local charcuterie boards can be ordered. Close to shops (bakery, newsagents, pharmacy, clothes shops, gyms, restaurants), new food market halls (5 mins), old Laval/castle, Mayenne riverbank, towpath, cinema within walking distance. Bus stops nearby (TUL) for train station (or 20 min walk), university park Technopolis, Virtual centre, etc. Parking nearby (paid and free; no reserved spaces). Market at Place de la Trémoille on Saturday (and Tuesday). Many activities available (cycling, kayaking, tree climbing at Forcé, municipal pool, Huisserie woods, Coupeau site, public baths, etc.).
