Fully furnished apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one bathroom en-suite. Fully Equipped kitchen, living room with TV smart with spanish channels. German/ Belgian satellite TV available on request. Terrace with views over the swimming pool.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, nice gardens with a river that runs through, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. The urbanization has an outdoor swimming pool, with a small pool for small children and babies. There are three tennis/ paddle courts. Private covered parking.

In July and August minimum stay 1 week.

Solemos ir todos los veranos a vera pero nunca habíamos estado en la urbanización donde Gerardo tiene su apartamento, el apartamento está de capricho,zona tranquila y a 2 min en coche tienes supermercados.. . Aunque se lo dije a Gerardo... Durante toda la estancia sábanas, toallas y colchas olían estupendamente y se lo pregunté el día que nos fuimos, el secreto lo tiene guardado su mujer a la hora de lavar y secar la ropa... Sin duda repetiremos

Excelente apartamento en residencial cerrado

El apartamento está perfectamente equipado con todo lo que necesitas, no le falta detalle. Es muy acogedor y está muy limpio. Todo nuevo, cómodo y decorado con gusto. La urbanización es preciosa, muy tranquila, mucha privacidad, la piscina y las zonas comunes son magníficas. Todo a 5 minutos en coche. Y Gerard y Stephanie, los anfitriones, encantadores. ¡Volveremos seguro!

En el apartamento de Gerardo hemos estado de lujo! Tanto él como Estefania fueron muy agradables y nos obsequiaron con un detalle de bienvenida. El piso tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Es como tal cual sale en las fotos. La urbanización es tranquila e ideal para ir con niños: las dos piscinas no se las acaban! No podemos decir otra cosa que es super recomendable! Confort, tranquilidad, proximidad a servicios, playa y ocio... qué más se puede pedir?
