Great location

Was very grateful to book this house at short notice, Phoebe was really helpful. Lovely house, well equipped, very comfortable and plenty of free parking outside. Easy distance to Hythe and very close to the sea front. Quirky colourful decor and a very deep set bath/shower which needs careful negotiation!! But a very comfortable stay.

Whispering Waves - Lovely house in a great location

We stayed in Whispering waves for a week in June, our first visit to Hythe, the cottage was perfect for us as a couple but it would also be ideal for a family. Location was great, - a short walk to the promenade and beach with no road to cross, a short walk to municipal swimming pool, park and Waitrose. The house was clean, characterful, well stocked and had everything we needed. Nice private courtyard area. The location was quiet but you will get some road noise at the front of the house at commuter times. We would definitely stay again.

Good

We had a good time in Hythe and at Whispering Waves during our recent stay. The location is excellent, and the property is charmingly decorated with a unique flair. It had everything we needed for our few days away. The sofas in the open-plan lounge were very comfortable, as were the beds, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, we did have one concern regarding the sunken bathtub, which has deep steps that are difficult to navigate. Adding a handrail would improve safety.
