Welcome to this charming apartment located in a beautiful country house on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. With direct access to a private terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Trasimeno right from your living room.



The decor is simple but functional, with exposed beams and stone floors creating the perfect atmosphere. The apartment has a living room with dining area and TV, a kitchenette, two large bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. A small spiral staircase leads to an additional attic-style bedroom.



The outdoor area includes a large garden with several small furnished areas and a shared barbecue area. The large lawn, playground, and ping-pong table make this place perfect for families. The fenced-in pool offers a safe and relaxing experience (the pool is accessible from April 5 to October 25).



The central location makes it easy to explore the region. Visit Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, or Città di Castello. Lake Trasimeno also offers opportunities for swimming and water sports, or you can take a ferry to Isola Maggiore for a day trip.

Nice apartment in a very quiet area. The amenities...

Nice apartment in a very quiet area. The amenities are good—both inside the building and outside. Lovely pool and views of the fields. We were most impressed by the peace and quiet; all we could hear were birds and other animals—only a few cars on the small road outside (though the ones that do drive by go absurdly fast—but that’s Italy for you 😉)
