The four bedrooms are individually styled with Egyptian cotton bedding, soft duvets and pillows, bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer in every room. The master suite has a king-size bed and private en suite; the two doubles offer cosy, inviting spaces for rest; and the twin room works well for children or singles. Families with infants will find two travel cots and a high chair available on request.

The coast at Watchet and Blue Anchor is reachable in under half an hour, and Taunton - with its broader range of restaurants, shopping and the Somerset County Cricket Ground - is around 20 minutes by car.
Indoor Description The large kitchen at Sharpe Cottage is fully equipped and includes an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, along with a bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Other equipment includes a variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. For cooking, there is a traditional Aga which gives the room a nice ambient temperature at all times of year, there is a also an electric oven and hob.
The comfortable sitting room has a TV with [Freeview/Netflix/to confirm] along with a selection of books and games.
A hairdryer is provided in every bedroom, and there's also an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
600-thread Egyptian cotton bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided, along with Egyptian cotton towels and bathrobes and slippers for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to take them out on day trips.
A welcome hamper will be awaiting you on arrival, along with tea and coffee to get you started. There may be a small selection of non-perishable store cupboard items available. Cleaning materials including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and surface cleaner will be present in the property, along with two toilet rolls per toilet and hand wash.

Outdoor Description The newly landscaped enclosed garden is a real draw at Sharpe Cottage. A large patio with luxury seating for eight makes it a natural spot for outdoor dining or a lazy afternoon in the sun, while the private hot tub, which is tucked into the garden setting, is hard to resist after a day on the hills. The quaint conservatory sits alongside, offering a sheltered spot to enjoy the outlook whatever the weather.
Please note, HOT TUB RULES: To ensure the safe use/good maintenance of the hot tub, all guests are expected to study and respect the hot tub rules in the information provided at the property and which are also hung up beside the hot tub. Given the fact that the cottage is in a residential area the hot tub should not be used after 10.00 pm and noise/music should be kept down so as not to disturb neighbours. During your stay, somebody will call in early morning and late afternoon to check the quality of the water. This is for your health and safety and is a legal requirement. Any misuse of the hot tub requiring extra cleaning or repairs, will need to be paid for by guests. Thank you!
