Disappointed in our stay at this property 19/9/26 to 03/10/26.advertised as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms .only has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on Thursday 24/09 .we were unable to open gate to get back into property (key Key did not work we messaged him at 4pm and several times during the evening to explain we were locked out and on the street.We got what appeared to be an Ai response .We were locked out and on the street in 30 degrees heat.my wife and I are in our 70s in desperation after many hours I had to scale a wall over 10 ft high to gain access .We recieved a key on Monday 28/09 4 days later. Over the weekend the lock on the door failed and we could not lock the door so we could not leave the apartment for security reasons we constantly messaged the owner days later a man turned up and changed the battery in the lock to make it work again only Ai response further more why are there no reviews on this property to my knowledge it has been on your books a few years. We would like to leave our own review and also feel a refund would be appropriate as our holiday was severely negatively affected. We hope you can address our issues and we won't be forced to take things further.Thankyou
