About this property

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach and the tennis courts and pool. This corner unit is bright and cheery because it has an abundance of windows. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed in the guest bedroom with a 26" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV with all TV's having FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has carpeting in the bedrooms and living room area with tile in the common area. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

We keep coming back

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to Siesta Key and Palm Bay Club. This was our 7th year. All was good except this particular corner unit was not as comfortably furnished as some of our prior rentals and there were several maintenance items that had to be taken care of.

Condo 124 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good time at the Palm Bay Club. We stayed in Condo 124 Club Corner this time. I would not stay in that condo again. Even though the beds were comfortable once you got onto them, getting up on the bed was difficult. The mattress was very high off the floor. I am 5’ 10” but I had trouble getting on it and could not just sit on the edge of the bed. My wife did find a step stool that she used. The couches in the Living Room were not comfortable to sit on. The seat cushions did not offer any support. The couches looked like, and I believe they were Outdoor Patio Furniture. If you are going to ask near top dollar for the condo, it should be furnished with good quality indoor couches since they are the main items to sit on.

Although some furnishings were outdated, the beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. We loved all the natural light.
