This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. This is an ideal way to enjoy the beauty of Siesta Key. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This unit accommodates 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed with a 40" flat screen TV. There is one Queen size bed in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk in shower with grab bars while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your entertainment. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and Keurig. The condo is completely tiled. There is also extra living space because the patio has been incorporated into the living area. There is also a small office area for your convenience.
