1.- PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Any attempt to hold a party will result in a call to the police to have you evicted, a charge of €2,000, and the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

2.- SMOKING AND DRUG USE PROHIBITED
Any attempt to smoke will result in a €300 charge.

3.- NO LOUD NOISE
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Sensors are calibrated to legal noise limits to help control excessive noise. Calls to the police regarding noise complaints from neighbors will be considered a party, and the same fine will apply.

4.- NO EXTRA OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS
Registering the specific number of guests is required to comply with all local regulations. Extra guests or friends are not allowed without prior authorisation. Please contact our team to add and register additional guests.

5.- DO NOT CONSUME FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE ROOMS OR ON THE SOFA
Do not consume food or drinks in the rooms, as they may attract ants. In addition, stains on the sofa or beds require professional cleaning, which will incur a charge of 300€.

6.- LATE CHECK-OUT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION IS NOT PERMITTED
Checking out later than the specified time without prior authorisation will incur a charge of 50€ or the full nightly rate if the delay exceeds 2 hours.

IMPORTANT: The management company and the owner perform ongoing maintenance on the property to ensure it is in good condition. However, there may be unforeseen issues, such as equipment malfunctions or inclement weather. This will not entitle you to a refund.
