Great location with a great view from the terrace

The location of this place is very quiet and close to the small beach. The view from the top terrace is fantastic, especially at night. Added to this, the owners are very friendly. Would recommend as long as you don’t mind stairs!

Dream sunsets on the beach

Lovely property on the quiet end of a small beach community. The house itself was beautifully designed and had absolutely everything needed for a wonderful holiday! The views from the two terraces were better than in the photos and though we had cool weather, we still enjoyed looking out at the beach and town. Great place for a short break in the spring.

Good property

Enjoyed the stay. Modern clean apartment. Beds were a bit disappointing and no oven or hair dryer but everything else was fine.

Tolles, geschmackvolles Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben die wenigen Tage die wir noch Zeit hatten sehr genossen, wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Besonders schön sind die 2 Balkone mit Meerblick!

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. In den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Der Lichthof ist ein Blickfang. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Très belle location

Agréable location lumineuse , très joliment décorée avec de superbes vues sur San José. Malgré quelques difficultés pour le stationnement de la voiture la location est idéalement située à proximité de la plage et est un point de départ intéressant pour randonner. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Schönes Haus mit 2 Terassen mit Blick zum Meer

Schönes Haus, im Sommer sicher ideal, im Winter etwas schattig. Klasse ist eine Garage, in der Koffer, Strandzubehör oder Fahrräder untergebracht werden können. Im 2. Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten befindet sich keine Klimaanlage.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick in super Lage.

Es war alles ganz wunderbar, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sogar Strandutensilien (Schirm und Schnorchel) waren vorhanden. Einzig das fensterlose zweite Zimmer "im Berg" ist nichts für Frischluftfanatiker.

Como en tu propia casa

Hemos pasado los primeros días de Semana Santa, y la casa está espectacular, dispone de todo , es como estar en tu propia casa pero además con unas vistas espectaculares.Además M Jesús y su hijo David ,atentos en todo momento, nos lo pusieron todo facilísimo . Muchas gracias

Un pequeño paraiso

La casa es una maravilla, tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Aprovechamos bien las dos terrazas con sus vistas al mar, y los salones son muy cómodos también. Fue fantástico poder bajar a la playa en dos minutos y subir a refugiarse a la sombra y la brisa de la terraza superior en las horas centrales del día, para volver a bajar fácilmente después. Desde luego una casa así se convierte en parte del destino y añade su encanto a los paisajes de Cabo de Gata! Ubicación perfecta, muy tranquila pero con restaurantes y playas cerca. El wifi va un poco flojo, adecuado para uso vacacional pero no para trabajar, por ejemplo (creo que no sería capaz de trabajar con esas vistas de todas formas, pero está bien saberlo por si se le ocurre a alguien en estos tiempos de teletrabajo!). Los dueños muy amables, comunicación rápida y fácil, buenos consejos para aprovechar la zona. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos incluso sin llegar a vernos en persona. Limpieza perfecta y cocina muy completa. Un sitio para volver!

Traumhaft schön

so ein geniales Haus-wunderschön eingerichtet sehr geschmackvoll man merkt das das Haus einem Architektenehepaar gehört wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und Merresrauschen und auf der mann auch wunderschön nachts draussen schlafen kann Lage ist perfekt einmal zum Naturstrand und einmal ins Dorf der Sonntagsmarkt in San Jose ist perfekt und sehr ghünstig -wir haben uns dann komplett mit allem für die Woche engedeckt und Danke an der fürsorglichen Vermieter , der uns noch extra einen CD Player vorbeigebracht hatte , den wir dann aber kaum noch benutzt haben , weil wir die Stille und Ruhe und das Merresrauschen genossen haben und ganz erfüllt davon waren wir kommen wieder

Realmente lo que más nos satisface al alquilar nuestra casa, es obtener opiniones como esta. Para nosotros esta casa es muy especial y nos hace muy felices poder compartirla y que los inquilinos disfruten de ella, queremos que se sientan como en casa y puedan apreciar este entorno tan maravilloso. Que deseen volver es sin duda el mejor premio...;) Was wir erfüllen mieten unser Haus ist wirklich Ansichten wie diese zu erhalten. Für uns ist das Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes und macht uns sehr glücklich, es zu teilen und dass Mieter es genießen, möchten wir Sie zu Hause fühlen und diese wunderbare Umgebung zu schätzen wissen. Wer wünscht zurückzukehren ist zweifellos die beste Belohnung ...;)

Bonita casa

La casa está situada muy cerca de la playa y en el P.N.del Cabo de Gata. Donde se puede realizar impresionantes caminatas y rutas. Los vistas y las playas son increibles. El pueblo en el que se encuentra la casa, San José, durante el periodo de Navidad es tranquilo. Se encuentra abiertos restaurantes y supermercados. La casa es moderna y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos maravillosos días de descanso en familia. Un saludo,

"Las casa estaba impecable, muy funcional y tranquila. Tiene la ventaja de ser una zona tranquila, pero muy cerca de las zonas de bares, pubs, etc. Tambien muy cerca de la playa de Genoveses, a la que se puede ir incluso andando. Estuvimos de lujo!!!"

"Muy cerca de la playa. Tranquilidad, salvo porque las casas contiguas tb se alquilan y puede coincidir familia con muchos niños (ruido). Casa muy moderna, con todas las comodidades. Eso sí no apta si se tienen problemas de movilidad. Son 4 alturas con escaleras."
