Located at Bridge of Lochay on the edge of Killin, the cottage enjoys a quiet position while remaining within easy walking distance of the village. Killin offers a small but lively selection of shops, cafés and traditional pubs, providing everything needed for a relaxed stay. The village is also home to the famous Falls of Dochart, where the river cascades dramatically through the centre, creating one of the area’s most photographed natural landmarks.

The wider region around Loch Tay is renowned for its scenic beauty, with a rich mix forests and mountains that change character with the seasons. Outdoor activities are plentiful, from gentle riverside walks and cycling routes to more challenging hill climbs and water sports on the loch.
