A great place to stay for a fanily of 4 or a group. All amenities provided are of a very good standard. The owners live on site so they came to great us as soon as we arrived.Pleanty of space for parking, tho its down a farm track so don't bring your supercar! And a great outdoor area in which kids can play, tho be mindful there is a pond in the grounds, but this is outside of the cottages fenced garden. Lovely outdoor seating area and the owners provided some breakfast items including milk as well as other domestic items so you don't need to bring it all yourself. Definitely would stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was a pleasure to host Andrew and his children at Swallow Cottage. They were wonderful guests, friendly and respectful, and left the cottage clean and tidy. Communication was excellent throughout, and we would happily welcome them back to Downtown Farm anytime. Highly recommended to other hosts.

De Swallow is een heerlijk huisje! Het is ruim en van vele gemakken voorzien. Je hebt een eigen terras waar je de hele dag/avond kunt zitten en genieten van de natuur om je heen (eekhoorntjes, konijnen, vogels, zelfs een vos gezien). Debbie en Bryan zijn een fantastische gastvrouw/gastheer. Bij aankomst stond er een persoonlijke attentie klaar en waren de basisbehoeften voor een goed ontbijt al in huis. We hebben het huisje ook als uitvalsbasis gebruikt om Cornwall te ontdekken wat prima is gelukt. Wij hebben genoten en zien onszelf zeker terugkomen hier! Zeker voor het huisje maar ook voor Cornwall!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Melissa and her family were fantastic guests. They were friendly, respectful, and left the cottage spotlessly clean and tidy. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole hosting experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Melissa to any host and would be delighted to welcome them back in the future.
